We produce two top quality maple syrup products; Clarks Pure Maple Syrup and Clarks Original Maple Syrup.

Both have their origins in specially planted maple tree plantations in Quebec, Canada. Clarks Pure Maple Syrup contains no other ingredients, as the name suggests.

Clarks Original Maple Syrup, however, is a blend of pure maple syrup and carob fruit syrup, a low GI (glycaemic index) ingredient which reduces the calorie intake per portion without losing the flavour or quality of our top quality maple syrup.
