Our Clarks Original Maple Syrup is a blend of pure maple syrup and carob fruit syrup, balanced to optimise the flavour while maintaining the health benefits of maple syrup.
Carob fruit syrup is a healthy carbohydrate with a low glycaemic index or GI and, gram for gram, it has 25% fewer calories than sugar.
Simply delicious over pancakes, waffles, porridge parsnips, sweet potato, ice cream or as a replacement for sugar in hot and cold drinks.
