Pure Maple Syrup Products
Clarks Pure Maple Syrup is harvested from maple tree farms in the Quebec region of Canada
We produce Canadian No 1 (Medium) and Canadian No 2 (Amber) Maple Syrup - also known as Grade B and Grade C - and which are regarded in Canada as the real maple syrups. They have darker colours and richer flavours than the Canadian No 1 (Extra Light) and Canadian No 1 (Light) syrups having been harvested later in the year.
The small farm producers who gather the sap of the maple tree boil it to produce the pure maple syrup. It takes 4000g of maple tree sap to make 100g of pure maple syrup.
We produce Clarks Pure Maple Syrup in 180m and 500ml sizes.
